Baby Stuff Hire Terms Of Service
The Lessor hereby leases to the Customer, and the Customer hereby leases from the Lessor the equipment described in the Lease Details herein (the "Equipment"), together with any parts, accessories, or replacements for the term contained herein (the "Term")
The Customer shall pay to the Lessor on demand all fees and charges due hereunder, which shall include the cost of the rental of the Equipment and any additional charges incurred by the Customer (the "Rental and Administrative Fees") in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Terms and Conditions")
The Customer agrees to take reasonable care with the Equipment and agrees to return the Equipment to the Lessor in good working order, without damage or injury to the Equipment.
Delivery Fees in addition to Rental Fees for the Equipment may be charged to the Customer where the address for delivery of the Equipment is located outside the Lessor's local delivery area, as may be established and varied by the Lessor from time to time
In the event that the Customer's use of the Equipment results in damage or excessive wear and tear to the Equipment, the Customer will be liable to an additional charge of €50.00.
In the event that the Customer fails to return the Equipment as directed by the Lessor on the date and by the time set out in the Lease Details, the Customer will be liable to an additional charge of €7.50 for each day exceeding the initial rental agreement.
In the event that the Equipment is lost or stolen while under the care and control of the Customer, the Customer will be liable for the cost the replacement value of the Equipment.
Cancellation of this agreement (the "Agreement") must be provided to the Lessor not less than 48 hours prior to the date upon which the Equipment is to be rented (the "Commencement Date"). In the event that the Customer provides notice less than 48 hours prior to the Commencement Date, the Lessor shall charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of the rental of the Equipment.
The Customer agrees that use of the Equipment is solely at the Customer's risk. The Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to person or persons whatsoever, including death resulting at any time, which may arise from the Customer's use of the Equipment, save and except for any damage or injury to person or persons, including death, resulting from the negligence of the Lessor.
IMPORTANT Re. Car Seat Hire The Lessor leases car seats to the customer on the understanding that the Lessor is not responsible for the fitting of the car seat in the customer's car or any other car used by the customer during the lease period. The Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to person or persons whatsoever which may arise from the incorrect fitting of car seats.
